Copy of applicant's passport and DPA passport

Notarized Undertaking Letter by owners (confirming no calls to restricted territories: North Korea, Crimea, Northern Cyprus)

Notarized declaration of ownership (in case owners will remain same)

Copy of notarized Bill of Sale (BOS) - must be Apostilled

Copy of the LEGALIZED Power of Attorney for the person in charge to sign the Bill of Sale

Confirmation by the radio accounting authority (RAAC - member of ITU)

Copy of an updated Good Standing Certificate of the owning company

Passport copy or ID copy of the shareholders

Readable copy of all previous flag certificates including: registry, radio station license, MSM, CSR, and class/statutory certificates

A readable copy of ITC certificate (International Tonnage Certificate)

Copy of an updated non-encumbrance certificate from the existing registry (not exceeding 7 days)

Evidence of fitted Electronic Inclinometer (for new builds ≥3,000 GT as of Jan 1, 2026)

All ORIGINAL (x 7) application forms signed and stamped

ORIGINAL Deletion Certificate from the previous Registry (Apostilled)

Copy of Last CSR issued with the Deletion Certificate

Original Declaration of ownership, signed, stamped, and notarized

ORIGINAL APOSTILLED Bill of Sale (in case of new ownership)

ORIGINAL LEGALIZED Power of Attorney for the person in charge to sign the Bill of Sale

Valid Class & Statutory/ISM/ISPS certificates issued by R.O. under Equatorial Guinea flag

Original Radio Installation Inspection Report (stamped by Classification Surveyor)

Original Ship's Carving and Marking Note

LRIT (Long-Range Identification and Tracking) Conformance Test Report

Original application for statement of vessel's condition (for vessels over 20 years)

Certificate of Good Standing of the Bareboat Charterers

Copy of the Bareboat Charter Party (NOTARIZED)

Written consent from the foreign registry and mortgagees (if applicable)

Written consent for the vessel to fly the EG flag mentioning the charter period

RAAC confirmation for radio traffic responsibility

Applicant's passport copy and copy of current flag/ITC certificates

To proceed with the Provisional Mortgage Registration for the Equatorial Guinea flag, the following must be submitted:

Copy of Mortgage Registration Deed signed by owners and bank

Copy of Mortgage Contract including loan agreement

Undertaking Letter from Owners for submission of originals within 45 days

For Permanent Mortgage Registration:

ORIGINAL Notarized Mortgage Registration Deed (3 sets)

ORIGINAL Notarized Mortgage Contract & Loan Agreement (3 sets)

Full identification (Name, Position, Company) in signature/notarization parts for both parties
